Please help raise money for 6 orphanages and schools in Haiti. This is my second trip with Headwaters Relief Organization and I am so excited to see the children in a few short weeks.  We are raising money for their basic needs:  food staples, clean water, and addressing any issues we see once we are on the ground.  ALL the money dontated goes directly to the kids and their respective orphanages.  Last trip we identified the need for a new well, mattresses for all the kids and a wall for one of the schools. We were able to accomplish much together.

This trip, I enlisted 2 Etsy artists to create both necklaces and tshirts for the kids /teenagers and adults who take care of the children. You can contribute money for either one, or simply for food. See details for the 2 items:  $12 for a necklace and $9 for a 100% cotton tee. There are a total of 111 children  =& 16 staff. Join me in helping them feel the love that we have for them and for them to have a souvenir of the love we can show them together!

In mid-July, a team of Headwaters volunteers will arrive in Haiti on the 17^th relief mission to this impoverished country still recovering from 2010 earthquake. Continuing our ongoing work there in support of several partner schools and orphanages, volunteers will make an impact by bringing school supplies, clothing, shoes, health care supplies and buying and delivering food.

In this country where one out of three children are malnourished and orphanages can barely support the basic needs of children, the efforts of organizations such as Headwaters can make an enormous difference, bringing hope and smiles in addition to a nutritious meal.
